  1. Vouchers of any kind cannot be redeemed in cash. The period of validity of vouchers is stipulated and defined on the respective voucher, whereby these must be redeemed or exchanged within a period of 5 years from the date of issue at the latest. If vouchers of any kind are lost, the innkeeper will not provide a replacement.

If the voucher ordered online has already been sent to the contractual partner before the fee to be paid for it has been received or credited by the innkeeper, the voucher shall not be valid until full payment has been made and the innkeeper shall be entitled to withhold the services securitised in the voucher until the fee owed for them has been paid in full.

  3. The contracting party is solely responsible for correctly entering\/providing the data in the online form provided for the purpose of transmitting the purchased voucher. If the voucher could not be delivered correctly solely because the contracting party entered or provided incorrect or incomplete data, the contracting party shall have no legal entitlement to have the voucher sent again.

  4. When purchasing a voucher online, the contracting party has the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
